Job summary

Locus invites applications for a Client Relationship Specialist I to provide exceptional banking service to clients, handling transactions, onboarding, and problem resolution. You will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure a positive client experience and maintain data quality in CRM systems.

Ideal candidates will have banking experience, strong compliance knowledge, and a track record in customer service and sales, with the ability to work independently in a remote-capable role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a branch banking or commercial banking environment.
• Strong CIP/KYC and Patriot Act knowledge.
• Prior customer relationship experience required.
• Commercial lending experience, especially originating loans.

Responsibilities

• Executes monetary and non-monetary customer transactions.
• Assess risk when making business decisions to preserve brand and protect assets and client information.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements for teller and sales functions.
• Update Salesforce with client contacts, follow-ups, referrals, and activities.
• Open new accounts and manage CDs; provide support to Office Manager.
