Job summary

Affinity Group is seeking a motivated individual to provide ongoing service to clients, customers, and personnel. The role involves using technology to place orders, maintain systems, file documents, and communicate information.

You will support sales efforts and contribute to business development, with some inside sales and suggestive selling. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with work performed in-office or remotely when authorized.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Represent Affinity Group professionally and ethically.
• Provide continuous customer service and answer inquiries using the tools provided.
• Enter all orders into the Foodmark system and verify accuracy against invoices.
• Maintain communication with buyers, distributors, and account executives.
• Assist with order placement issues such as credits, holds, or delays.
