D.A. Davidson in Lake Oswego, OR is seeking an exceptional Registered Client Associate to join a dynamic, high-producing team.

This role requires outstanding attention to detail, client service, and integrity with respect to confidential information. You will review documents, support financial planning with advisors, process transfers and trades, and ensure compliance with policies while delivering superior service to clients.

Qualifications

• SIE and Series 7 exams completed or the ability to obtain licensing.
• Knowledge of securities products including stocks, bonds, funds, annuities, and insurance.
• Minimum two years as a Registered Client Associate.
• Post-secondary education preferred.
• Strong tech skills: Word, Excel, Outlook; experience with Thomson ONE, Envestnet, CRM, Money Guide Pro.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and client service.
• Attention to detail and accuracy; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Regular attendance and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service supporting client satisfaction and regulatory requirements.
• Adhere to Branch, Firm and Compliance policies and procedures.
• Review, maintain, and process account documents; inform FA of material activity.
• Assist FA with comprehensive financial plans for clients.
• Support periodic client mailings, communications and events.
• Facilitate transfer of client funds/securities and check issuance.
• Enter orders (buy/sell stocks/bonds, options, margin, mutual funds).
• Provide administrative support (phone, correspondence, appointments, filing).
• Other duties as assigned.
