Opensity in Lexington, KY is seeking a FAST Service Specialist to provide administrative support across mail, copy, reception, hospitality, courier and facilities for multiple accounts in the Lexington area.

This client-facing role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1+ year in customer service, ability to lift 40 lbs, reliable transportation, and willingness to work varied shifts between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years’ work experience in a customer services field.
• Ability to lift or move 40 lbs or greater.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work all shifts between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities

• Mail Services: metering, sorting, and distributing mail and accountable packages per schedule.
• Copy Services: accurately producing copy, print, and scan projects per written instructions.
• Reception: answering incoming calls and greeting visitors professionally.
• Hospitality Services: coordinating and upkeep of client conference rooms, common areas and kitchens; ensure spaces are clean and stocked.
• Floor Coordination: maintaining copy rooms and general supply stock; basic daily maintenance.
• Courier Services: drop-off and pick up documents and packages from local offices and government entities.
• Facilities Services: assist with small office moves and liaise with key client contacts regarding equipment concerns.
