Job summary

KSV in Burlington, VT is hiring an Account Coordinator to serve as the communications hub for the Client Services group. You will support Client, Creative, and Strategy teams and help ensure timely, accurate project deliverables.

This is an entry-level role with training to advance toward an Account Manager position. You will work closely with Account Managers on day-to-day project management, coordinate meetings, draft notes, and help ensure client work stays on brief while maintaining high

Responsibilities

• Assist the Client Team in managing day-to-day activities and ensure assets and direction are ready.
• Collaborate with Account Managers on daily project management and milestones.
• Gather background information to support brief development.
• Lead creation and delivery of creative specs with leadership input.
• Schedule meetings and write meeting notes for teams and clients.
• Review client-facing docs to ensure on-brief delivery.
• Proofread work before client submission and offer progress ideas.
