Job summary

Saltwater Collective LLC. in Portsmouth, NH is seeking an Account Coordinator to support the client services team, ensuring smooth project execution from initiation to completion.

You will work closely with account and project managers and clients in a fast-paced creative environment. The role emphasizes detail orientation, process-driven work, and strong communication across internal teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing or communications (preferred).
• At least 1 year in a similar support or coordinator role in a creative/digital/advertising agency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Project Dashboards consolidating links, client and team information, milestones and deliverables.
• Create and manage project folders on shared drives for organized file structures and version control.
• Translate project timelines into Workamajig with task creation, scheduling and deadline alignment.
• Proactively update tasks in Workamajig and follow up with stakeholders for updates or adjustments.
• Assign JIRA tickets to web developers ensuring cross-platform alignment of due dates and details.
• Support Account Management with monthly billing and revenue forecasting.
• Assist leadership with administrative tasks such as scanning mail and depositing checks.
• Track progress with account and project managers and regularly update stakeholders.
• Perform content entry for new website builds and assist in Development QA by logging bugs.
