Job summary

UL Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented individual to organize and process incoming client samples, maintain records, and resolve receipt issues. You will communicate project schedules to clients and prepare reports for assigned clients, supporting the program team to meet deadlines.

The role emphasizes following the UL Code of Conduct and security practices, with additional duties as directed. A diploma with relevant experience and strong MS Office abilities are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent and two years of directly related experience.
• Client services experience is a plus.
• Ability to use judgment in technical, client services, and management issues.
• Effective computer and communication skills, written and verbal.
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, and Access.

Total Rewards

This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 5% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
