Job summary

UL Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented professional to organize and process client samples, maintain records, and resolve receipt issues while coordinating project schedules. The role supports reporting for assigned clients and contributes to team efforts to meet deadlines, all while upholding the UL Code of Conduct and security practices.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or equivalent with two years of related experience, plus strong MS Word/Excel/Access skills and solid communication

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent, plus two years of directly related experience.
• Client services experience is a plus.
• Ability to use judgment in technical, client services, and management issues.
• Effective computer and communication skills, written, and verbal.
• Experience with MSWord, Excel, and Access.

Total Rewards:This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 5% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
