This full-time, in-office role requires multitasking, strong communication, and a commitment to flawless client service with on-site training provided. Compensation includes hourly pay with potential bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of customer service experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly via phone, email and live chat.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook & Excel.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for customers after purchase through order completion.
• Coordinate between customers and design/printing teams to ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain high-quality, 5-star service and accurate information throughout the process.
