Johnson Controls is hiring for a hybrid billing specialist in Seattle, WA. The role focuses on generating invoices, assembling complete billing packets, and ensuring timely payments. You will assign tasks to 14 field resources, track calls, and manage open service requests while maintaining monthly revenue.

What you will do

This position will be responsible for the billing and providing invoices to customers who require a complete billing packet, consisting of reports and certified payroll to ensure timely payment.

• Assigning tasks for the 14 dedicated field resources.
• Tracking & managing all open calls including inspection manuals.
• Locally billing all open SRs including Inspection-Manuals & general service requests.
• Tracking & maintaining monthly L&M revenue.
• Invoice packaging and delivery per a negotiated timeline.

Requirements: This role is Hybrid: 3 days in office.

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $27-36
