CBRE is seeking a Client Services Coordinator in Nashville, TN, to provide administrative support to sales and finance teams. The role includes creating marketing materials, managing projects, and ensuring brand consistency. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills and experience in real estate, coupled with a high school diploma and proficiency in Microsoft Office. As a Client Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for general administrative support to sales professionals and debt & structured finance teams in our Nashville office. This includes preparing proposals and opinions of value, presentations and marketing material, and coordinating the distribution of internal and external marketing information. The candidate will be responsible for creating and developing visual appealing materials that aligns with the organization's image, identity, and brand.
