Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (some flexibility needed)Responsibilities:- Primarily Administrative & Transactional tasks
- Compliance management
- Budgeting & Expense tracking
- Managing Pipeline
- CRM system and Data Management
- Working on a Brokerage Team
- Transactional support
- Pipeline-driven workflow
- Administrative support for transactional requests
- Scheduling meetings
- Calendar management
- Email management
Required Skills:- Client-driven role – flexibility preferred
- Highly organized
- Professional & thorough communication (external and internal)
- Administrative support for brokers
- Printing and binding materials
- Experience or knowledge in commercial real estate
- Transactional support for commercial real estate
- Preferred: Real Estate license (but not required)
- Minimum experience: At least 2 years in the industry and/or commercial real estate
- Minimum education: High school diploma
- Microsoft Suite: Outlook (emails, scheduling, calendar management), Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
- Other Tools: DocuSign, PDFs
