Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in commercial brokerage or research support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and track transaction deliverables; create campaign calendars and strategies.
• Produce marketing materials (flyers, proposals, online/email campaigns) with the marketing team, maintaining brand.
• Create and distribute property listings, announcements, and invitations; coordinate events.
• Maintain property listing websites.
• Track and manage property marketing efforts and budgets.
• Maintain local market data with Market Research and Data teams.
• Maintain Houston marketing templates and deliverables.
• Research property attributes and ownership, updating KBC records.
• Assist in enhancing proprietary database; drive data entry and improve processes/tools.
• Support Houston office operations: orders, expenses, receipts, and building management contact.

Client Services Coordinator

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Develop and track transaction deliverables including project tracking, preparing and editing marketing collateral, and creating campaign calendars and strategies
• Produce marketing materials including flyers, proposals and online/email campaigns by partnering with the KBC marketing team; maintain KBC brand and messaging
• Regularly create and distribute property listing information, announcements and invitations; coordinate events related to client/tenant/company projects (tours, open houses, etc)
• Maintain property listing websites
• Track and manage property marketing efforts and budgets
• Maintain local market data, partnering with Market Research and Data teams for best practices
• Maintain Houston marketing and deliverable template library
• Research property attributes and ownership information, continually updating KBC records to reflect accurate and up-to-date information
• Assist in efforts to enhance our proprietary database and drive data entry, identify process and tool improvement opportunities
• Support Houston office operations including ordering supplies, reconciling office expenses and receipts, and acting as point of contact for building management

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong organization and interpersonal skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Adobe Creative Products including Photoshop and In Design required
• Proficient experience/skills with Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Word, Outlook)

Experience With CoStar, LoopNet, And Property Database Systems Preferred

Education and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree from a college or university, preferably in Business or Marketing (or similar field)
• 2+ years prior experience, ideally supporting commercial brokerage transactions or research

The expected annual base salary for this position is $60,000-$73,000 per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and geographic location. This role may also be eligible for bonuses, or other incentive compensation, as well as a benefits package including health coverage, retirement plans, and paid time off, subject to eligibility requirements.
