Job summary

KBC Advisors is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to support our Seattle team in a dynamic, innovative environment reimagining industrial real estate.

This in-office role focuses on transaction deliverables, marketing materials, listings coordination, and office support, requiring a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in commercial brokerage or research. Real estate license or progress toward one is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing (or similar field) is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience, ideally supporting commercial brokerage transactions or research.
• Active real estate license or willingness to obtain within ~120 days is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and track transaction deliverables including project tracking and marketing collateral.
• Produce marketing materials (flyers, proposals, campaigns) with the marketing team.
• Coordinate property listings, events, tours and related communications.
• Maintain property listing websites and track marketing budgets.
• Support office operations and provide general administrative support to sales professionals.
