Role Overview
We’re looking for a dynamic, customer-centric Client Services Coordinator to support and enhance the experience of subcontractors enrolled in Billd’s GC partnership channel program. This role will be responsible for ensuring a seamless payment process, resolving customer inquiries, providing feedback on user experience and proactively driving engagement with the program. The ideal candidate has experience in customer success, account management, or customer support, preferably in financial services or construction-related industries.
