Job summary

Privatus Care Solutions is seeking a results-driven Client Services Consultant to drive private pay nursing and home health aide services in Palm Beach County. You will build relationships, assess client needs, and convert prospects into ongoing care engagements.

This role requires travel within your territory, polished communication, and strong analytical skills to guide families and coordinate with clinical and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain key relationships, drive brand awareness and advance sales to meet revenue goals.
• Develop referral relationships with case managers, social workers and physicians.
• Build revenue through both cold calls and scheduled meetings.
• Meet with potential clients and families to consult on service options.
• Conduct client assessments, in partnership with our clinical team, through medical record review and in-person meetings.
• Complete intake and service agreement documents for new clients.
• Communicate closely with the operations team on potential new clients.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings.

The successful candidate is well versed in the challenges of healthcare and aging, confidently provides expert guidance to potential clients, and has excellent communication skills to build strong, trusting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

• $90-100K base salary plus commission
