Veritext is seeking a Client Services Representative in California to serve as the primary liaison for attorneys and legal teams. You will manage transcript delivery, troubleshoot issues, handle changes, and ensure timely, flawless service after depositions.
You’ll build strong relationships with reporters, agencies, videographers, and clients, tracking deadlines and communicating updates to keep cases on track and on schedule. If you thrive on detail and follow-through, this role is for you.
