Job summary

EFI Global is seeking support professionals to assist Client Services with claims management system queries, contract assembly, and stewardship reporting. The role involves handling client meetings and developing reports within an engineering and environmental services context.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in risk management, business, or finance and at least four years of experience, including one year in adjuster work. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration or Finance preferred.
• 4 years of related experience or equivalent combo of education and experience; 1 year of adjuster experience.
• Basic knowledge of insurance, claims or business management.

Responsibilities

• Runs claims management system/data warehouse queries, reports, and documents.
• Assists with the assembly of contracts, renewal documents, and Client Service Instructions.
• Completes corporate structure modifications.
• Assists with the development of Stewardship reports.
• Provides ancillary support based on client or departmental needs.
• Participates in client meetings.
