Job summary

EFI Global is seeking an Account Specialist to support its Client Services team in the United States. The role focuses on assisting with client service activities, managing reports and documentation, and providing operational support to meet business requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience in insurance, claims, or business management, with strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, or Finance required or equivalent.
• 4 years of related experience; adjuster experience preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Run claims management system and data warehouse queries, reports, and related documentation.
• Assist with preparing contracts, renewal documents, and Client Service Instructions.
• Complete corporate structure modifications and related updates.
• Support the development of Stewardship reports.
• Provide additional support based on client and departmental requirements.
• Participate in client meetings and support service delivery activities.
• Perform other assigned duties while supporting organizational quality programs.
