Naveris, a biotech startup based near Boston, MA, is looking for a Client Services Associate to help develop our next great product for patients at risk of viral cancers. Our flagship test, NavDx, is a breakthrough blood-based DNA test for HPV cancers, clinically proven and trusted by hundreds of physicians and institutions across the U.S.
We seek an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to join our team. This role requires strong communication skills, familiarity with Salesforce, and a focus on supporting internal teams and clients. The ideal candidate will be West Coast-based, preferably fluent in Spanish to better serve our diverse customer base.
Reporting to the Client Services Operations Manager, your duties include:
