About Us

Would you like to be part of a fast-growing team that believes no one should have to succumb to viral cancer? Naveris, a biotech startup based near Boston, MA, is looking for a Client Services Associate to help develop our next great product for patients at risk of viral cancers. Our flagship test, NavDx, is a breakthrough blood-based DNA test for HPV cancers, clinically proven and trusted by hundreds of physicians and institutions across the U.S.

Opportunity

We seek an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to join our team. This role requires strong communication skills, familiarity with Salesforce, and a focus on supporting internal teams and clients. The ideal candidate will be West Coast-based, preferably fluent in Spanish to better serve our diverse customer base.

Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the Client Services Operations Manager, your duties include:

  1. Maintain and update client records in Salesforce for accuracy and consistency.
  2. Support sales and customer service teams with client onboarding and inquiries.
  3. Act as a primary contact for routine client interactions, providing excellent service and timely responses.
  4. Identify and resolve process inefficiencies to improve client experience.
  5. Use Salesforce to track interactions, coordinate follow-ups, and support workflows.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and alignment.
  7. Follow privacy guidelines per state and federal law.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; Spanish fluency preferred.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to new tools.
  • Experience in client-facing, administrative, or operations support roles.
  • Familiarity with tools integrating with Salesforce.
Compliance Responsibilities

All roles adhere to HIPAA standards to protect patient health information. Employees are responsible for reporting suspected violations and completing HIPAA training upon joining.
