Job Overview

The Client Services Associate at iPaladin will be responsible for accessing, reviewing, categorizing, and archiving client legal documents with precision and accuracy. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and a strong understanding of library science principles to ensure proper classification and storage within iPaladin’s digital systems.

Responsibilities And Duties
  1. Document Review and Classification: Review each client document to determine its subject matter, category, and effective date. Employ a systematic approach to ensure documents are classified according to iPaladin’s organizational standards.
  2. Quality Control: Regularly review archived documents to ensure consistency and adherence to quality standards. Address discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
  3. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the Director of Professional Services to ensure the document management system meets client needs.
  4. Training and Compliance: Stay informed about developments in document management standards. Participate in training to improve skills and ensure compliance.
  5. Reporting: Generate and submit reports detailing metrics such as documents reviewed and archived. Highlight issues and suggest improvements.
