Job summary

Stifel is seeking a Client Services Associate (Registered) to support Financial Advisors with opening and maintaining client accounts, handling a variety of administrative tasks, and providing exceptional client service. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years in investment industry preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and client data entry.

Responsibilities

• Assist one or more Financial Advisors with opening and maintaining client accounts and records.
• Provide administrative support including word processing, mailings, filing, and phone coverage.
• Enter routine trades as directed by Advisors and prepare client-facing communications.
