Qualifications

• Administrative and clerical procedures knowledge with office software.

Responsibilities

• Open and maintain client accounts and records.
• Perform wide range of administrative duties (typing, filing, mailings, answering phones).
• Provide quotes and account-related information to clients.
• Enter unsolicited orders when authorized.
• Escalate issues to the FA(s) or Branch Manager as needed.
• Generate reports for FA(s) and support client service requests.
• Follow scripts for calling existing clients with compliance.
