Responsibilities

• Serve high volume client inquiries by phone, email, in person, or mail.
• Schedule meetings and support Financial Advisors and branch staff.
• Process client paperwork and research account information.
• Open new client accounts and ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare letters, forms, and reports for servicing clients.
• Maintain CRM records and assist with marketing events.
