• Serve as first contact to handle high volume inquiries and scheduling.
• Onboard new clients and open accounts using internal databases.
• Prepare financial reports and materials for client meetings.
• Input orders and rebalance portfolios for Advisors.
• Maintain records in CRM and support marketing efforts.
