Job summary

Central Investment Center in Lexington, KY is seeking a Registered Client Service Associate to support Financial Advisors with daily sales and administrative duties. You will liaise with clients, schedule meetings, prepare materials, and ensure FINRA guidelines are followed.

A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with FINRA licenses as strong plus. Ideal candidates have 1+ years in brokerage, strong communication, organization, and a customer‑service mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses.
• Life Insurance License preferred.
• One+ years’ experience in the brokerage industry.

Responsibilities

• Support CIC Financial Advisors with daily sales activities.
• Act as liaison between Advisors and clients in line with FINRA guidelines.
• Answer calls, schedule meetings, and prepare client materials.
• Open CIC office to the public and manage basic access tasks.
• Process client paperwork and follow up on actions.
• Enter trades and support account activity as directed.
• Proactively contact clients about time‑sensitive activities.
• Meet with clients by phone, video, or in person to ensure service levels.
