Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in Financial Services/Investments.
• Fully registered sales assistant with required licenses.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between registered representatives and clients while following FINRA guidelines.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and prepare materials for meetings.
• Prepare client illustrations, graphs, and reports for presentations.
• Enter trades as directed, without giving financial advice.
• Maintain client relationships and conduct proactive outreach.
• Organize client events and maintain compliant filing systems.
• Support Advisors with business planning, marketing, and follow-up processes.
