Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred.
• Active Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 and Series 65) registrations required or pursued.
• Two+ years of relevant industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide service coverage for a FA/PWA/team including client support.
• Cultivate and enhance client relationships.
• Execute money movement transactions on client or team requests.
• Answer general non-investment questions about accounts and balances.
• Enter profile information and pre-fill account documents clerically.
• Educate or enroll clients in digital tools (MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization).
• Onboard and maintain client accounts, collecting necessary information.
• Provide clients with account details (objectives, risk tolerance).
• Accept or enter unsolicited or solicited orders in clerical capacity.
• Support marketing and business plan execution for FAs/PWAs/teams.
• Assist teams in delivering against business plans and client service model.
• Stay current on policies, procedures, and new platforms.
• Participate in firm initiatives and training programs.
