Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Serve high volume client inquiries via phone, email, in person, and mailings.
• Process client financial transactions and expense reports with accuracy.
• Open new client accounts and verify client data in internal systems.
• Prepare letters, forms, and client reports for service and prospecting.
