• Support the FA team in cultivating client relationships.
• Execute money movements as requested by clients or FA team.
• Answer non-investment questions about client accounts and balances.
• Enter profile information and pre-fill documents clerically.
• Educate clients on digital tools and onboarding processes.
• Onboard and maintain client accounts with required docs.
• Provide account details to clients, including objectives and risk tolerance.
• Accept unsolicited or solicited orders as directed by FA team.
• Support marketing efforts and website updates for FAs teams.
• Assist FAs in delivering against business plans and service model.
