Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Active securities licenses: Series 7 and Series 66 or Series 63 and Series 65.
• Two+ years of industry experience preferred; prior client service roles advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide client service coverage for a FA/PWA/team, including relationship cultivation.
• Execute money movements and relay account information to clients.
• Answer general client questions, including balances and positions.
• Onboard and maintain client accounts; collect documentation as needed.
• Educate clients on digital tools like MSOnline and eSign.
• Assist with marketing efforts and support business plans.
• Answer inbound/outbound calls and manage calendars and travel itineraries.
• Prepare expense reports and provide in-office support as required.
