Morgan Stanley seeks a Registered Client Service Associate to support Financial Advisors and clients daily. You will help cultivate relationships, process money movements, and answer client questions while maintaining accurate profiles and documentation.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, related Series licenses, and 2+ years in the industry, with strong MS Office proficiency and exceptional client service skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Active Series 7 (GS) and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA).
• Two+ years of industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide service coverage for an FA team and support client relationships.
• Execute money movement transactions per client/FA requests.
• Answer general non-investment questions and provide account details.
• Onboard and maintain client accounts; collect required documentation.
