Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• College degree preferred
• Active Series 7 (GS) and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA)
• Two or more years of industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide service coverage for a FA/PWA/team, cultivating client relationships
• Execute money movements at client/FA/PWA/team request
• Answer general non-investment questions about accounts and balances
• Onboard and maintain client accounts, collect required documentation
• Educate or enroll clients in digital tools (MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization)
• Assist with marketing and business plan delivery
• Remain current on policies, procedures and new platforms
• Participate in trainings and special projects as directed by management
