Job summary

Archer, in partnership with Third Bridge Group, seeks an Associate to drive client engagement by finding, calling, and coordinating expert insights to support fast-paced decision-making. You’ll develop commercial awareness and business acumen, with clear pathways into sales, account management, and leadership roles.

You’ll thrive in a high-energy, target-driven environment, building rapport quickly, learning about markets, and collaborating across teams to deliver impactful insights.

Qualifications

• Strong phone and communication skills.
• Curious, quick to learn, and able to solve complex problems.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with clients and experts.
• Motivated to exceed goals in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Evidence of leadership or extracurricular leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Own projects end-to-end, understanding client needs and scheduling expert calls.
• Cold call and engage industry experts, overcoming objections and gaining buy-in.
• Work quickly, managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
• Learn rapidly to gain knowledge of markets, business models, and regulations.
• Cross-sell the full range of Third Bridge services including content library, surveys, advisory, and 1-1 calls.
