Job summary

Morgan Stanley in New Orleans is seeking a Client Service Associate to elevate the client experience by delivering an elevated standard of care. You will support client relationships, onboard accounts, and guide clients through online and mobile platforms.

In collaboration with Financial Advisors, you will help develop business plans, support marketing efforts, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with firm policies and capabilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Willingness to obtain Series 7 and Series 66 or Series 63/65.
• Strong written, interpersonal and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and enhance client relationships through active communication with clients, processing client requests, resolving inquiries, providing guidance and ensuring information is current.
• Onboard and maintain client accounts, collect required information, and process money movement transactions as examples.
• Identify firm services and solutions that support clients’ needs, including banking products and secure digital offerings.
• Partner with Financial Advisors in developing a business plan and delivering against a client service model.
• Support the team’s marketing strategy by maintaining materials and planning client events and seminars.
• Perform administrative duties to support Financial Advisors, including travel arrangements and calendar management.
