Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Client Service Associate to help shape the future of service by modernizing the client experience and delivering a high standard of care. You will assist with onboarding, account maintenance, and supporting Financial Advisors in daily activities.

The role focuses on client communication, documentation accuracy, and collaboration with the team to implement firm policies and processes while growing client relationships and contributing to business growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• College degree preferred.
• Industry experience is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain Series 7/66/63/65.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and enhance client relationships through active communication, processing requests, resolving inquiries, and maintaining current documentation.
• Identify and assist with firm services and digital offerings such as Morgan Stanley Online and Morgan Stanley Mobile.
• Onboard and maintain client accounts, including collecting information and processing transactions.
• Review client account alerts and take appropriate action.
• Collaborate with Financial Advisors to develop business plans and deliver client service models.
