Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking Registered Client Service Associates to help shape the future of client service. This role requires understanding firm policies and capabilities to deliver the full firm to clients, while supporting relationship growth and service excellence.

The position involves onboarding and maintaining client accounts, processing requests, assisting with banking and digital offerings, and collaborating with Financial Advisors to develop business plans.

Qualifications

• Active Series 7 (GS), and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA)
• Two or more years of industry experience preferred
• High School Diploma/Equivalency
• College degree preferred
• Strong writing, interpersonal and client service skills
• Detail oriented with superior organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Team player with the ability to collaborate with others
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Knowledge of financial services products, including equities, bonds, options, mutual funds, annuities, insurance, and managed accounts

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and enhance client relationships through active communication and processing client requests
• Identify and assist with Firm services and solutions including digital offerings
• Confirm authorization and authenticate client when processing requests
• Onboard and maintain client accounts including collecting information and documentation
• Input orders and discuss reinvestment options with Financial Advisors
• Prepare financial plans, client reports, and materials for client meetings
• Review and act on client account alerts
