Job summary

Morgan Stanley seeks a Client Service Associate in Florida to elevate client care by delivering the full suite of firm capabilities. You will help grow the business through proactive service and accurate processing of client requests.

You will collaborate with Financial Advisors, maintain accounts, and support events and digital client offerings. A high standard of professionalism and adaptability is required in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Willingness to obtain Series 7 and securities licenses (66/63/65) as applicable.
• StrongComputer skills including MS Office; exceptional writing and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Team player capable of collaborating with Financial Advisors and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and enhance client relationships through proactive communication and handling client requests.
• Identify and present Morgan Stanley services and digital solutions to meet client needs.
• Onboard and maintain client accounts, including collecting documentation and processing transactions.
• Review client alerts and ensure information is up to date.
• Assist with marketing efforts and coordinate client events and seminars.
• Provide administrative support to Financial Advisors and management.
