Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• College degree preferred.
• Industry experience is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain required securities licenses.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and enhance client relationships through active communication and processing requests.
• Identify and assist with firm services and digital offerings for clients.
• Confirm authorization and authenticate clients when processing requests.
• Onboard and maintain client accounts, collect information and documentation.
• Review and act on client account alerts.
• Partner with Financial Advisors to develop a business plan and service model.
• Support marketing by maintaining materials and planning client events.
• Attend trainings on firm priorities, policies and platforms.
• Perform administrative duties supporting Advisors, including travel and calendar management.
