TEKsystems is seeking a Financial Service Professional for a contract role based out of Fort Mill, SC. The position offers extensive training and a hands-on ramp, preparing you to support financial advisors and their investors with a high volume of inquiries.

You will join a collaborative team, receive coaching, and participate in a program that develops your knowledge of clients, systems, and products. The role is remote and pays hourly.

Qualifications

• 0-2+ years in a client-facing, service-oriented role.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent education and experience.
• Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete an extensive training program on our clients, systems, and products.
• Receive hands-on coaching and on-the-job practice time.
• Serve as the first point of contact for Advisors and Investors, handling 30–50 inbound contacts daily.

What You'll Do

As a Financial Service Professional, youll play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our advisors and investors. Heres a glimpse of what your day-to-day will look like:

Your journey will begin with a training program, where you will receive extensive training on our clients, systems, and products.

Throughout this entire period, you will receive hands-on coaching and support as well as guided on-the-job practice time.

Upon graduation from training, you will be onboarded to a team where together you serve as the first point of contact for our Advisors and their Investors, taking 30-50 inbound contacts daily, handling everything from simple account inquiries to supporting complex financial transactions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have:

• Education: Bachelors degree from an accredited institution or equivalent education and experience.
• Registration: Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) is a plus.
• Experience: 0-2+ years in a client-facing, service-oriented role, ideally in a team-based environment.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
