Communicate regularly with high level clients to maintain a strong relationship and high level of satisfaction
Participate in prospective client meetings
Communicate client preferences and requests to chefs
Manage logistics including delivery timing and staff scheduling
Streamline operations and develop SOPs
$70,000 – $90,000 per year, depending on experience
