Job summary

WakeMed Health & Hospitals in Raleigh seeks a Client Services Analyst II, Pathology Admin to serve as the pathology resource for Outreach and Billing. Responsibilities include investigating registration and ordering errors, educating staff about errors, and correcting errors across LIS and HIS systems.

You will create and maintain reports for Pathology and work with Outreach to validate private physician interface connections, contributing to accurate data flow and improved patient service.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• 3 years Information Technology experience in healthcare preferred.
