WakeMed Health & Hospitals is seeking a Client Services Analyst II in Pathology Administration. You will investigate registration and ordering errors, educate staff on resolution, and correct errors across multiple systems.

You will build and maintain pathology reports in LIS/HIS systems and work with Outreach to validate interfaces for private practices. Associate's degree required with 3 years IT/healthcare experience preferred.

Overview

The Client Services Analyst II, Pathology Admin serves as the Pathology resource for Outreach and Billing. Responsible for investigation of registration/ordering errors, performing education to staff regarding errors and correcting errors in multiple systems. Create and maintain reports needed for Pathology using LIS or HIS systems. Works with Outreach to validate interfaces for private physician practices.
