Responsabilidades

• Receive and document client inquiries via phone, email, and portals.
• Create and track support tickets, coordinate escalations, and engage teams for timely resolution.
• Provide first-level technical support for routine client requests (e.g., account access, password help).
• Monitor client-facing applications and communicate potential service disruptions to clients.
• Support system validation during maintenance and outages to ensure availability.
