Job summary

GLAS is seeking a Client Services Analyst to join the White Label Team in Jersey City. You will manage and process operational aspects of a portfolio of white label loans and debt transactions, ensuring accuracy and deadlines while acting as primary operational contact for borrowers, lenders, and clients.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong communication, and ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to work to tight deadlines.
• High level of accuracy in data handling and processing.
• Experience with onboarding new transactions and KYC processes is desirable.
• Finance or business degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage drawdowns, rollovers, rate fixes, pre-payments, redemptions and maturities.
• Input data into loan tracking system accurately and timely.
• Generate and send notices to Borrowers and Lenders within required timeframes.
• Handle onboarding of new transactions and opening bank accounts for deals.
• Coordinate deal closings including KYC and document intake.
