You will maintain accurate records in the agency management system, prepare client deliverables, and collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure timely responses and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years or more of related experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior Property & Casualty support experience is preferred
• Property & Casualty License preferred
• Strong organizational skills with ability to transition quickly from one job to another
• Ability to problem solve, think logically and work independently

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for one to three assigned Client Managers and Practice Leaders; respond to requests in a timely and collaborative manner.
• Solicit renewal information by email from carriers and clients at 90–120 days prior to renewal; follow up at 60, 45, and 30 days.
• Process requests for Certificates of Insurance within 24 hours of receipt.
• Process automatic renewals 45 days prior to expiration.
• Ensure client invoices are paid and resolve billing issues with carriers.
• Compile documents for client renewals or new business submissions; forward to carriers.
• Collaborate on marketing information and complete surplus lines forms for state filing and tax requirements.
• Update Accord applications with accurate account data.
• Process client change requests for coverage adjustments and obtain receipt.
• Obtain loss run information and motor vehicle reports as needed.
• Create new client files in the agency management system; enter contact and policy data.
• Obtain online quotes and enter data to determine annual premiums.
• Prepare client deliverables with Central Processing Services for presentations.
• Review policies and endorsements within 90 days of effective date for accuracy; request corrections.
• Process premium audits and report material differences to the Client Manager.
• Document all administrative events in the agency management system.
