You will support client managers, coordinate deliveries, handle phones and inquiries, and help develop new clientele opportunities while maintaining exceptional customer service and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience or desire to grow in art, furniture, and fine art logistics.
• Excellent phone and email communication.
• Sales/marketing experience is a plus.
• White glove knowledge or background in high end sales.

Responsibilities

• Support client managers by maintaining and developing client relationships.
• Support pursuit of new clientele opportunities.
• Coordinate delivery/pick-up of movables with CSR/Warehouse staff, vendors, carriers.
• Log feedback and discuss potential process improvements.

• Track/Log feedback and integrate it for discussion and possible implementation.
• General customer service including answering phones, directing calls and clients.
