Job summary

Nevada State Bank, a division of Zions Bancorporation, N.A., is hiring a 40 hour Teller (Client Service Associate) to support the Eastern / St. Rose hub in Las Vegas, NV. Branch hours are Monday–Friday. Pay ranges from $18.90–$21.00 per hour and the role requires driving and a valid license.

Essential duties include processing transactions, assisting clients with accounts and transfers, and identifying cross-sell opportunities. Background checks per FDIC guidelines are required.

Qualifications

• Some cashiering or related experience.
• Basic math, balancing, and banking knowledge.
• Strong balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell banking products based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions in line with policies and maintain balancing records.
• Identify needs and provide services such as account openings, transfers, check issuance, and card activation.
• Resolve client problems directly or by referral to branch resources.
• Cross-sell banking products based on clients' needs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
