Qualifications

• Some cashiering, customer service or balancing experience.
• Basic math, cashiering, balancing and bank products knowledge.
• Solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for accurately processing debit and credit transactions in compliance with policies.
• Identify and address clients' needs by providing services including account openings and transfers.
• Resolve clients' problems directly or via referral to branch resources.
• Identify and maximize cross-sell opportunities through client needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
