Qualifications

• Some cashiering, customer service, balancing or other related experience.
• Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.
• Solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately.
• Assist clients with opening accounts, ATM cards, transfers, checks, and account maintenance.
• Resolve client issues by direct action or referrals to branch resources.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities based on clients' needs.
